“Just want to thank Cherished Urns for making my daughters dream 21st birthday present turn into reality. “I have had to enquire about my purchase numerous times, to have my final email ignored and them send out the email of confirmation to delivery quickly after. They response to all my emails haven't been with any compassion at all. To finally be told that my package will be definitely with me today. Today I received an email off the courier company saying they haven't received my parcel from cherished urns. I am now at a loss wondering where my father's ashes are and all I want is that back not bothered about the ring I treated myself to for £450. This is all I have from his passing and these people don't even respect that even though I've made it clear. I will be escalating all of this as I'm sat after a 12.5hr shift in bits.”

“I was very distressed when my mums ashes came back in a plastic green tub. There was no option to buy an urn before my mums funeral. So I decided to buy the teardrop urn, i am very happy with it, I can now place my mum with pride for all to see.”

“Wow! What can I say about the beautiful ring containing my sister’s ashes, made so lovingly by Cherished Urns. I am overwhelmed. I am so grateful for the way they handled my order, I was also expecting a 6-8 week wait for the gold ring, but it was here in 3 weeks. I will definitely use them again in the future.
