“I bought an urn and a ring from Cherised Urns. I was very impressed with the speed of service, the constant communication/order updates, shipment and quality of the items I bought. Both the urn and ring are solid and well made a a beautiful way to keep loved ones close. The staff were really helpful and compassionate to my loss.”

“My mum passed away 2 days before Christmas and we wanted something as a keepsake and we came across your company. I ordered 2 rings and a pendant followed all the relevant instructions and as promised they were delivered to my door on the day stated. “i ordered my water urn and it arrived the very next day, it was very well packed, it is larger than i thought, i havnt used it yet as we are taking my mums ashes to the Caribbean soon and doing the scattering at one of the Islands, I am well pleased with my beautiful urn.”

“Really good communication from them. And in terms of how easy and respectful they were when it came to sending the ashes, I really rate them. The end product was not as nice as I thought and although they called to say why and was I happy to go ahead it was very difficult to envision an item when you had only seen it one way. I was quite disappointed with how they turned out and just hope my husband to be likes the sentiment behind them. Julie.”

We are sorry that the cufflinks that you ordered for your future husband on your wedding day and containing his dad's ashes did not turn out as you expected. Due to the fragile nature of these ashes, we contacted you explaining that we would only be able to use the darker coloured ones and that this would change the way the end product looked. You gave us the go-ahead, and you can be sure that we did our utmost to create a beautiful piece of jewellery. All ashes are different, and while we do our best to show an exact representation on our website there are always slight differences and due to the nature of these ashes, in your case, these were more noticeable. We are sure, however, that your husband-to-be will be touched with this lovely gift and that he will cherish these bespoke cufflinks forever. We wish you a very happy married life together.
