“I ordered a large urn with a matching photo frame and then followed up with an order for a necklace with ashes. Customer service and communication from this company are first class and the quality of items received were extremely high quality and absolutely beautifully packaged. Highly recommend”

“I can’t thank cherished urns enough for the amazing service and products. I ordered twice both for Xmas presents and my mum and boyfriend were so happy. The customer service was amazing, you can get through with a phone call within minutes and they’re so helpful. I can’t thank Kayla enough especially for all her help.”

“Had wife and mum in a box since August And I hated it every time I saw them so hunted around and came across doing a Google search your company And loved them Money was never a concern So I brought two they were fantastic So well made in a velvet box and bag and well.rapped Getting our loved ones in the urns was another story me and my sister were filled with trepidation and it turned out to be just that Mum and wife were in paper bags And the bloody things exploded trying to get the out Ashes every were dog licking mum off the floor Had Ash of both of them in our faces up our noses in our mouths Still there proper with us now Wife fitted in great but mum no Bit of her in a tupper were box lols But it did brighten the day laughed our heads off knowing what the wife and mum would have thought”

“I bought a beautiful ring with the ashes of both my parents who i lost very close together. I have to say it all happened so quickly, even when i paniced and thought rjng might not fit me i was given the assurance not to worry it can be sent back and fixed. Couldnt have been more helpful with a wonderful result of a beautiful ring.”

“My loved ones ashes took 3 weeks to arrive with cherished urns due to the postal strikes. I received excellent customer service in a timely manor. When I received my ring I was extremely happy, not only was the ring beautiful, the engraving was perfect and it was stunningly packaged. I have recommended cherished urns to friends and family.”

“So pleased with the results, I ordered 2 gifts for Christmas presents, which were both pendants. Even with all the delays with couriers, Cherished urns made sure they arrived before Christmas. The communication was amazing all the way through and made me feel reassured. It was so easy to call and get through when I needed too, and I want to especially thank Kayla for all her help when I had questions. Would more than recommend this company and I'm so excited for my family to see their pendants. Can't wait to order again from here!”
