“A really good selection of items. Easy to order and were there to answer any questions. Kept in really good contact. Emailed me to apologise that their was a delay and set my expectations for getting my item. This was then exceeded. A beautiful quality item. Importantly emailed me to tell Me they had received the ashes and when they had posted back. Made it simple and the end product is so beautiful, it has done my beautiful girl justice”

“I order two items which was a ring & braclet for both my daughters christmases ring was fine but I was shocked at the actual size of the rings on the braclet to which you could hardly see my dads ashes and the extra sprinkle of gold dust which was an extra £20 Per item they gave no sparkle what so ever, very disappointed due to the price I’ve paid for both items .”

Dear Gillian, I am so sorry you feel this way about the memorial jewellery we made you. We do state that our beautiful memorial bracelets are dainty, along with measurements and photos of the item being worn on the website. As for the diamond dust, this isn't a shimmer or glitter and how noticeable it is can depend on the style of item and the colour resin you choose. Just imagine holding a diamond in the natural light and it will glint slightly. I will get one of our lovely customer service team members to contact you later on today if that is ok. “I won October’s competition for a free piece of jewellery. I am so incredibly thankful. I lost Reggie, my bearded dragon at the beginning of October. He was my baby and my world revolves around him so I knew I wanted something special to remember him by. The whole process was incredibly smooth and hassle free, even though I won their competition and wasn’t paying I was treated with as much respect and compassion as any other customer. I was able to pick my jewellery from their wide range and soon after I received my pack in the mail. I decided to pay for recorded/signed for delivery for extra peace of mind but it did come with free postage. I received regular updates on the process and despite them having a large influx of orders I received my ring in the post shortly after Reggies ashes were received by them. His ashes were sent back in a pouch and the ring came in a lovely gift box. Thank you so so so much for picking me to win your competition, I am truly thankful and have a piece of him close to me at all times.”
