“If I'm very honest I was pretty disappointed with the urn, I expected it to be small enough to fit in the palm of my hand but it was more the size of a small thimble and I couldn't use it.”

Dear Anne-Marie, We are so sorry that you had expected the Polished Silver Colour Mini Keepsake Cremation Urn For Ashes that you recently purchased from our website to be larger than it was. As the title suggests, this is a MINI keepsake urn and in the description, it states that it only measures 25 mm- which is less than an inch tall and that it is suitable to contain a small pinch of ashes. This is the smallest size of keepsake urn that we offer. Most of our miniature urns measure about 3 inches in height and have a 3 cc capacity. “I was a bit unsure of having my mums ashes set it to a ring. Would it look cheap? Would it fit nice? I did some research and chose Cherished Urns. I placed order and received email updates from the moment they recieved order to delivery which in itself was reassuring. I recieved my ring yesterday.... “Absolutely amazing service, ordered on the Sunday and it arrived by Tuesday, I did receive a damaged urn but the company rectified straight away and a new one was sent out within the day and arrived pristein. “I chose cherised urns due to the wide range of options they had for cremation jewellery. Easy to place the order and pay online, I paid extra for signed for delivery of my ashes. I had an email the next day to say they received the ashes. My jewellery arrived this morning by DPD with an hour delivery time slot. Beautifully boxed and wrapped. Thank you so much, these are our loved ones we can now keep on us for the rest of our time here.”

“My Wife & I both liked the idea of the Teardrop Urn, But on receiving delivery, we were both disappointed with the recessed area around the Central Teardrop, my Wife picked up on it first & then asked me to take a look, I then had to agree with her, it is actually badly finished, for an Urn that i would say is not cheap, & nor would i want it to be,as this will contain the Ashes of Our Only Child,we are now a few days away from the Funeral, & we will put his Ashes into the Teardrop to remember him by, but i would say to you is ,i know that you purchase these Products from Abroad probably the Far East, were Quality Control is not as it should always be?? i would then suggest that you Personally Check The Product before dispatching it??
