“I was looking online for a Barbour jacket and came across Charles Hobson, I am absolutely delighted that I did. I ordered the Jacket and delivery was so quick, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so returned it, they sent the next size up which arrived the next working day which is phenomenal service. The price was excellent too! Their web and customer service teams really have their act together and are a credit to the company. If I lived locally I would be visiting you all the time. Thank you.”

“ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC......Although the site said standard delivery takes up to 7 days , I received the order the next day, securely packed and excellent product. Having not been a fan of online shopping ( due to products not always being what is described ie: they don't look new when arrive ) I can honestly say Charles Hobson menswear have converted me and I will certainly use this company again. In fact I will most likely drop into the shop when next in the area......... TOP NOTCH SUPPLIER”

“Ordered a jacket for my husband’s birthday but I have had to send it back as it is too small. He is usually an XL and because Barbour come in small I ordered the 2XL but it is just slightly tight”

“Difficult to say that the service was exceptional as I made a straightforward purchase on line for a make of trousers x 2 that I was familiar with. I decided to return one pair only because I decided I didn’t need two. The return process was as is normal these days but I liked the readily address return package that was supplied. I inadvertently opted for click and collect which was impractical given the distances involved which they were quick to spot and alerted me to the mistake in a very friendly email from someone called James. I liked the tone of the company and it’s family values and tradition seem to be to shine through.”

“Purchased a Barbour Sapper Waxed Jacket from the Charles Hobson website. The website was very easy to navigate .The jacket was very competitive on price. The order was placed on 14th September and arrived two days later on 16th. A returns form was supplied within the package which was not needed as the jacket was a good fit and had no imperfections.
