Sadly, as a small independent retailer, we are unable to stand returns but we do try to make returning items to us as easy as possible by providing an address label or address bag for you to take to your preferred carrier. We have not received your package yet but we will address your refund or exchange as soon as we do. Thank you for taking the time to leave this informative review. We hope to be of use to you again.
