“Excellent customer service and knowledge of items for sale, I already own a barbour jacket one sized as S, M, L and wanted another that was sized in inches, I was able to call and advised which size would best suit my needs, like for like, spot on advice. I was also able to add to my order after check out and the additional postage was refunded as all items were then sent as one. Received items within 22hrs from ordering. Highly recommend Charles Hobson.”

“Would have give it 5 but paid for quicker postage and not got it. I’m 5’9” slim 11stone dead, bout medium fits like a glove, probably could get a liner in for added warmth come winter, we’ll see”

Next working day means you would receive your jacket on Monday, which you did so although we understand your expectation was not met we did meet our obligation. “Really pleased with quality of product, price and how quickly it arrived. Only concern was the courier, whose email suggested it couldn’t be left safe. A bit concerning when you’ve purchased an expensive item. Luckily I was home to receive delivery but maybe look into safer delivery couriers?”

“I was looking for a particular Barbour gilet. I saw one in my local shop, but it was I thought quite overpriced. I like buying locally but not to get ripped off! So, I checked online and Charles Hobson came up with the same one considerably cheaper than my local shop. There was another company in wales offering the same for the same price with free delivery, but I preferred the website, name and feel of Charles Hobson. So, I placed the order and true to their word they dispatched it the next working day and it arrived promptly the very next day. The jacket is perfect and it even had a lovely hand written note on a compliment slip thanking me for my custom from Charles. This is exactly the kind of customer service I enjoyed growing up with in this country and has all but been lost now. So it was lovely to have that feeling again. Fantastic service and wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Thanks Charles! 👍🏽”
