“The service I received was excellent. The jacket was delivered two days after I ordered, which I thought was exceptional. It only got better after I realised the jacket I ordered was slightly too tight and I needed the next size up. I rang had a pleasant conversation regarding this and the gentleman was so understanding and told me exactly what to do. I followed his instructions and ordered the next size up and it was delivered two days later on my birthday. Thank you, Sir, you made my day as my girlfriend and I were travelling to London later that day.”
