“The parcel has been sent to the wrong address my order clearly stated 7/2 Magdalene Gardens EH15 3DG it was delivered to 72 Magdalene Gardens EH15 3dw now the parcel is missing and I can’t seem to track it and no one is answering the phone very disappointed and out of pocket as I’ll have to purchase another as I need it for Friday morning”

“Excellent service from ordering through to delivery. The delivery service provided was excellent - I was kept informed of timing, and dpd kept to the timings they gave me. As an aside, I have had delivers made by a number of courier companies during the Covid lockdown - dpd are by far the best. They have a great app that can be used if I wasn't going to be in, and rather than provide a very broad deliver window (some give a 6 hour time period) they provide an hour window and stick to it. Thanks for using them, it is much appreciated.”
