“I would just like to say what a great customer service experience I have had purchasing something from this company. Very easy, very quick, and super-efficient. Even supplying a return envelope, as they knew I had ordered two sizes to see which fit best. My return was also dealt with immediately. Thank you so much, CH for your help from start to finish. “After a helpful telephone chat with the store about delivery times, I placed my order at 4:30 pm on Thursday, just too late to catch the day's collection by your carrier. Nevertheless, my order arrived on Saturday, before 9:30 am. Excellent service, at a very good price too!”

“Very pleased with the coat but unfortunately I had to return as it was to big but that was my fault. However I would suggest that Charles Hobson use a different courier than DPD who were absolutely horrendous”
