Hello Mr Lineham, Unfortunately your order came in just after our cut-off time of 3pm for next working day delivery, which is when our courier collects from us (https://www.charleshobson.co.uk/shipping-returns-i5). As such, your order was rolled over onto Friday to be processed and dispatched, which should have seen it delivered with you on Monday (today) as the following working day. DPD must have worked it into their schedule to deliver your item earlier than this, which they will try to do where possible. We apologise if this was inconvenient with you, however your order was indeed processed and delivered within the timeframe stipulated by the terms on our website. “I have not yet received parcel , you use DPD as your courier service , due to only receiving notification 2 hours before and was out , had notification that it had been dropped off at a local collection point which wasn’t that local to me ,received pass to go and collect , having gone to pick up told parcel is not there , I have no idea we’re my parcel is me DPD has no contact number or email to make contact to find out .”
