“Purchased a Barbour jacket for my husband, offered next day delivery online which was great. The item arrived on time and I was sent emails regarding the delivery on route. Unfortunately it did not fit so returned asking for smaller size. I received a call from a helpful colleague informing me it was not in stock and he would arrange a refund. Great value for money at Charles Hobson compared with other suppliers. Service was excellent and would definitely use this company again..!!”
