“Very helpful. Amazed to get next day delivery. Excellent. Fantastic to speak on phone and have questions answered. Only issue was with delivery driver. I was at home, bell not rung. There was a door knock, but driver had left package outside door and was leaving. Package stated signature required, I was not asked to sign so feel that despite being at home no attempt was made to deliver safely.”

Once we pass orders on to our couriers, we trust them to ensure they are delivered safe and soundly, but obviously that hasn't happened on this occasion, so we apologise for that. Many drivers are being requested to sign for packages themselves and maintain a distance from doors at this time, however this does not excuse not making sure the item has definitely been received safely.
