“Thanks! Service was outstanding. Barbour Powell Quilted Jacket is a perfect fit but will need a size smaller than the guide. Nonetheless it’s fantastic.”

“Buying a new pair of shoes is a really big deal for me, I find it tough to justify spending money on myself and any purchase always comes with a lot of research and thinking about. I tried on a couple of pairs of shoes on the high street and found a pair of shoes I felt comfortable in. But when it came to getting them in my size I really struggled. I did a bit of searching online and found Charles Hobson had the shoes in my size and at a much reduced price than I'd found them elsewhere. After putting in my order I gave the shop a quick call and found the overall level of service to be excellent and really genuine. My shoes were dispatched the same day and arrived with me in a couple of short days. Really chuffed with the quality of my new shoes, but even more thankful for the great service. It's really nice to find local businesses still offering a personal service, where it feels like your purchase matters. Many thanks :)”

Not only was the jacket cheaper than competitors, I received a dispatch email less than 30 minutes after ordering, and had the jacket delivered on a Saturday, less than 24 hours after I ordered. I couldn’t recommend the company enough and won’t hesitate to order again.”
