“Excellent service I ordered the wrong colour jacket online. I rang up the following morning to see if I could change it. A lovely very polite member of staff sorted it out for me. The jacket I ordered was £70.00 cheaper than in the manufacturers factory shop!!. It arrived the following day. I recommend this company to anyone. Thank You.”

“Charles Hobson were offering the Barbour gilet at £69.95, £30 cheaper than Barbour and cheaper than rival online suppliers. Postage was free, it was delivered today within the allotted time slot and within the 3-5 day delivery. The website made ordering easy and was pleased with the whole service. I have yet to evaluate the product.”

“The product I ordered is superb, no complaints about the service your company provided, as regards to Dpd thats different . They texted me to say they were delivering between 0945 and 1045, I was not there but my wife was. I then received a text saying that it had been delivered and was signed by Brian ? I phoned my wife to see if she had received it , no, it hadn't come. I contacted Dpd which wasn't easy and was told that it had been delivered to my address and had been signed for. I explained that we had not received it , Dpd then told me it had been left with neighbours , there was no card left in the door, now either it was delivered to me or not what is it? . I asked for an explanation, he said he would ring the driver and see what had happened. The driver said he had delivered it to No3 and it had been signed for , I am No 2 which in our close we have one area of even numbers and one area odd numbers so the No 3 location was at the other end of the close. My wife went down to this house and they somewhat reluctantly gave her the parcel. I think this is very poor service from yours couriers , I wonder how many times this happens. regards”
