“I ordered 5 days before Christmas at 10 pm in the evening for a very small sized ring. Before midday the next day I had an e-mail telling me the disappointng news that the size would not be ready in time. Before I could get in a panic, the e-mail went on to provide an alternative suggestion of the next size up which could be delivered and therefore be presented as a present, followed by a further suggestion as to how easy it would be to exchange in the new year if a smaller size was still required. In this day and age of quick offers and internet shopping not being supported by proper customer care it was very refreshing to have the worry and thinking taken away from me when the initial news was broken. I even got a further response to my return e-mail, thanking me for my prompt response and assuring me that everything was in hand. Sure enough, 2 days later, there was my delivery and one final thing, the gift wrapping I paid a small sum extra for was well worth it and very cleverly constructed. I'd have paid twice as much for this element alone. I've shopped with Chappelle twice now; once in the shop at East Midlands outlet and once on line; both times their customer care shines through and will make me return.”

“Not only did they supply me with the perfect timepiece(which was for an excellent price I might add), but they also upgraded my standard delivery, to Special Delivery free of charge without me even knowing, for next day delivery...this way I was able to have my gift to open on Christmas Day and not days after. Perfect! I thank them very much and will most certainly use them again.”

“I went into Braintree shop to buy a man's leather bracelet and the colour I wanted was not available ,but staff told me when more stock was coming in and gave me the phone number to call and check if had come in.I decided to order online and As it was Christmas delivery took a bit longer ,but when I e-mailed it was answered quickly and the bracelet arrived in time.Staff in Braintree always happy and helpful.Priced are competitive.”
