“I bought the Ladies Radley Spotty Dog Black Leather Strap Watch RY2179 in the sale for my friends birthday (she's a big fan of Radley), and it came quickly, very well packaged and in the Radley presentation box. It looks lovely, and because it was in the sale at such a good price, I could afford to buy her a fantastic gift that she really didn't expect! She absolutely loved it. Thank you x”

“Found the watch I wanted on Chapelle’s website for a really good price. Ordered the item and it arrived within a few days. Had to check whether it had been shipped as I didn’t receive an email to confirm that it had been dispatched. Customer advisor was very friendly and helpful; sent me a confirmation email straight away. Item arrived and although it had a different tag attached, is performing well and matches description advertised. Overall, great item, great service, great price.”

“I purchased a watch for a 60th birthday which wasn’t meant to be despatched until 4th January but I needed it for 5th January. Very helpful staff said that they would look out for it and if it came in on 3rd they would despatch that day, which they did and I received it the next day.”
