“Very good information of product prior to purchase, received item quickly, very good price compared with other on-line shops. I don't know about returns as I haven't had to use this service, but going on what I have experienced so far, I am sure there will be no problems in this area. Highly recommended by me.”

“Excellent staff team! In store and when dealing with online orders. I had reason to cancel/change my jewellery orders recently which meant contacting the online team by email and visiting the Royal Quays store in North Shields...a few times! Every single member of staff I dealt with were patient, friendly and very helpful. Every one of them is a credit to Chapelle Jewellery. Please make sure you understand the returns and ordering policies and procedures fully when ordering though, there may be specifics you need to know. Awesome team though and fantastic quality jewellery at great prices.”

I'm glad you found our website easy to use and found something you liked. We don't include P&P because it lets us keep everything on our website at the same low price as in our shops to prevent confusion and we offer at least 30% off RRP on everything all year round. “I ordered a Rotary chronograph watch online with Chapelle. I received the watch in a very timely matter. When I opened the box I was disappointed to see that the watch box in which the watch was contained was crushed. Such a shame since the box is very handsome. The package wasn't properly suited for this watch box. More padding or a bigger box would have been wise to use. Whatever the case, the watch is beautiful and the price was very reasonable. Maybe Chapelle will send to me a new Rotary watch box so that when after 3 years I return the watch for service, the watch will be properly protected. Overall, Chapelle is a very fine company and I am happy with this watch.”

Hi Ron, I am so sorry to hear this. The original box should have been wrapped in bubble wrap so it was securely held to prevent damage on the way to the US.
