“I wanted a specific ring size on the Hot Diamonds Collection that was unavailable online. I emailed and Connor replied very quickly. He had sourced the size from a shop and said he'd get it posted to Head Office and then sent to me. This arrived last Thursday and I love it! Amazing customer service! That extra mile and a bit of initiative goes a long way. Thanks to Connor.”
