“I had been looking at the Citizen range for a while, but when i saw this watch advertised at this price i could'nt believe my luck. Talk about being in the right place at the right time!!!!! Even though i had bought it on line the staff in my local branch were friendly and very helpful when i took it in to have the strap adjusted. First class service! Will definetley look here first in future when looking to purchase jewellery.”

“Sometimes it's not how well a company do at the first attempt, but also how they deal with any problems. There was an issue with the watch I purchased as it wasn't working. This was dealt with to the highest possible degree of customer service. I spoke to a lady called Emma at Chapelle, described the problem, returned the item back on Thursday and we received the replacement by the following Saturday. In addition, they refunded my postage costs. Emma is a credit to the company and the 'excellent' rating fully deserved. If they have what you're looking for in their stock don't use anyone else.”

I am sorry to hear of the situation you outline in your feedback and for the distress and inconvenience this will have caused you. I believe you were sized as an M in our Dalton Park store and that you then ordered the ring online. We are concerned to hear that the ring was too small as we order each wedding ring directly from the manufacturer and it is then made especially for the order in the size stated. I believe you have spoken to my colleague Trish who arranged for a larger size ring to be sent to our Dalton Park store and I have been informed that you collected this ring at the weekend.
