“Got mý watch and im pleased with it. Description of postage wasn't clear and i paid the extra for 24 hour delivery but they didnt despatch for 2 -3 days then it was 24 hour delivery. Had i known this i wouldn't have paid extra”

“If there was an option for 0 stars i would definately choose that. This company is the most awful company i have ever used. Brought a watch for my 60th dad's birthday, when it arrived was scratched and damaged as if someone had worn it and sent it back. Ask for an exchange and when that came was also damaged and dial was chipped. Asked the store for a refund and was told to send the watch back and would be sent money. Instead was sent an email to say they had gone into administration and that there was nothing they could do. They have both my money and my watch. Absolute thieves as all they have done is taken my money and my watch. Ruined my dads birthday. I cannot urge people enough not to buy from here.”

“I lost my earrings and had insurance. When i attending the store the customer service man told me the earrings were no longer available. I had to replace them with something else. I went online an found the earring which i then placed an order. I spoke with Saadi in the wembley store whom granted me to insurance the earrings. The man in the store lied about the closing time on New years eve when i called then lied about the earrings being out of stock. Not sure if i shall return to the store in the near future. I have spoken with customer service on the phone whom stated they will investigate the matter but not sure of the outcome of my complaint.”
