“I recently bought a prover from them. The service was so good, even when there was no stock from the supplier, they monitored the stock and got back to me when there was stock, I had to grab it quickly, was delivered on time. The service was good. Very efficient service. I will recommend them.”

“Despite import issues with the fryer I purchased (which was out of their control) they kept me up-to-date continually throughout the process. They even sent out the fryer special delivery at their expense to get to me in time for my gas certification and first event. This is the first time using this company and I will be using them in the future for sure!”

We’d like to clarify that everything was processed correctly on our end — your order was dispatched on time via the next day service you selected. Unfortunately, once parcels are in the hands of the courier (in this case, DPD), any delays are beyond our control. As soon as we were informed there was an issue, Maria acted quickly to chase this up and help get it sorted by providing GPS. We’re disappointed that our efforts have been overshadowed by this courier issue, but do appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We always aim to provide a smooth and reliable service, and we’re sorry this experience didn’t reflect that. Your comments have been noted and will help us in continuing to improve.

“Unbelievable ! i recently bought a food truck and the equipment was neglected whilst cleaning i broke a glass door this was the last straw!! but clutching at strews i called CE Online and i couldn't believe how helpful they was and to top it all they saved the day with a replacement door and it didn't cost the earth . i am so leased with this service .”
