“The freezer is quite noisey but works. I have to say that the delivery service was awful. They were supposed to unwrap and position the freezer but tried to leave without doing it. They were then very difficult for the women in the shop to deal with.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear the delivery didn’t go as smoothly as expected. I’ve checked the order, and the unpack and position service was not selected or paid for at the time of purchase. This is an additional delivery service, so the standard delivery would usually be to the kerbside or nearest accessible point only. That said, I’m sorry if the delivery team were difficult to deal with. We do expect deliveries to be handled professionally, and I’ll pass your comments on to the courier. Regarding the freezer noise, some noise is normal while the unit is running, especially in warmer conditions when the compressor has to work harder to maintain temperature. However, if you feel it is unusually loud or there are any issues with the unit maintaining temperature, please let us know and we can look into this further. Kind regards, Fern
