“Due a supply issue the items I ordered were not available but a substitute item was sent in its place. Unfortunately the substitute items weren’t what I wanted but Maria and the team happily arranged for a courier to come the following day to collect the items and a no questions asked refund was applied.”

“whilst order went threw, payment made, goods delivered when stated, only slight issue was had to phone and ask for invoice. however all things considered a good service provided. Would use them again.”

“Delivery didn't come in full at one go, lids came seperate and containers 4 days later and this is the 2nd time happened. They should be more clear about delivery time scale when customer is ordering. However the customer service is very good and friendly and their prices are excellent”

When we send stock direct from them, we are not always made aware of any delays that they encounter.
