“Far too pushy trying to get me to sign up for another year. Had you contacted me again to remind me that my policy was coming to an end I would of gone elsewhere out of principal. I told your staff on the first call it was in hand but you completely ignored this and I still had a flurry of calls and email 'reminding' me of it was coming to an end. Typical large company behaviour.”

Thank you for your honest feedback.
Our renewals procedure is a process developed over a number of years and we feel that for most customers, we have the correct balance between gently reminding and fervently chasing. At no point would we endeavour to put too much pressure on a customer to renew a policy.
We have reviewed your file and can appreciate that you may have felt that this was the case and apologise for this.
