“I'm still waiting for my documents to be emailed to me and after requesting them again I'm worried that I shouldn't be driving the vehicle! The man that dealt with me was great and they were cheaper than others but why is it taking so long to send me the docs?”

“I enjoyed discussing my qoate with Adrian as my past records were still secure in the company system. I had a qoate from Giles of 439-00. They had asked me to call them after I had been qoated by you, so that they can beat it or qoate me the same amout of 125. I did not waste my time calling them. I am happy with you guys.”

“Quick and efficient when I was having a busy day. Good advice about bringing the two policies into one next year. They understood exactly what I wanted. Only criticism was the first part of the call to get me to the right person was a little painful”
