“I have just completed a very rational review of my insurance providers and renewed my insurance again with your company. My comment is specific to the service I received from Vicky in your renewals office who listened to my requests and on several occasions came back to me with positive answers as a consequence of her willingness to go the extra mile I decided to renew my policy with your company instead of a competitor and i purchased additional cover from her which has previously gone to your competitors Her diligence was commendable Thank you Vicky”

“Firstly I am Harry Close whom you spoke to at least 3 times yesterday - not Mark Lewis and as is indicated by my e mail address! I object to paying a renewal fee merely for you to take my money especially when I am paying you almost 3 weeks early and you are undoubtedly on a 30 day credit scheme.. Thankyou for deleting this. Other than the above its all good.”

“Quick and easy to renew, they just were a bit slow at emailing the documents to me and Retail Concessions. Causing us to get a call from Retail Concessions saying we had no insurance and must not be trading!”
