“Unfortunately the lights I had chosen I was unable to fit because they hung too low. I had reduced the cables of one of the fittings during installation, making that fitting non-refundable. I explained that the manufacturer's fitting instructions were unclear and Castlegatelights took it up with them. I found Castlegatelights very understanding and helpful in offering me a number of options, and was particularly impressed at their efforts to resolve the issue satisfactorily with the manufacturer. I would have no hesitation in going back to them for other fittings.”
