“Thank you for the opportunity to asses your product. To begin with, I have ordered the wrong product, and the unit supplied proved "unfit for purpose". this is in no way a reflection on you ,or your company. I, in my ignorance in such matters thought the product ordered would double up for the faulty "Charger" used with the Hammer drill I own, I was wrong The power drill I have had for many years, was purchased from a company called FOCUS(DIY)Ltd, now long gone. The hammer drill Carried the following declaration of conformity. Following EEC 89/392 and subsequent modifications. Directive EEC 73/23, (Low Voltage)and EEC 89/336 (electromagnetic compatibility. So you will se just how stupid my purchase was, no worries, I've put it down to my inexperience, and will forget the whole thing. John McGuinness.”

“Very fast helpful service ,when I put in the wrong delivery address one email and it was sorted as far as my purchase went I could not fault it in fact I am surprised they are able to sell at the price I paid ,first class service will use again and recommend to friends and colleagues”

“Cancelled an order I had placed without giving a reason. I emailed Cassell' Industrial Product to suggest an explanatory email would be considered good customer service; they did not even bother to respond to that, so this web site gets 0 score from me.”
