“We only got the label not the product with it. They did send a replacement but it was too late for the job! The packer was too busy to think, or lazy ?”

“Ordering process simple but hadn't even despatched the goods yet on the day they were supposed to have arrived. I had to chase up, nearly missed an important deadline.”

“Ordered a mitre block, Cassell's took the money and then the day after informed me that they didn't have it in stock. Money returned in about 10 days. Poor way to run a business!”

“You advertised a heavy duty outdoor patio table cover, blah blah blah. In fact it was a Draper patio table cover, just like a polythene bag with a few flimsy eyelets. Absolutely not heavy duty, and it will be lucky to last a few weeks never mind a winter. Will not trust the descriptions from this company again”
