“Having discovered cashmere and cotton I now shop exclusively with you. I love the styles , the designs and superb quality. I am large so some designs are not big enough for me , but they are easily returnable. I always order by telephone as I love a natter with the staff , usually about rubbish. It's always a pleasant ,helpful shopping experience. Sorry to waste your time ,Tracey. I didn't realise that you were the boss!!!!!”
