“Company produces good quality cashmere. I have four jumpers and three scarves and love wearing them all. They hand wash well too. I have ordered a couple of pieces which I have returned as the shape or colour were not quite right for me and these have always been handled quickly.”

“The team, in particular Tracy, were so helpful when my order got stuck at the post office. Tracy replied to all my emails and agreed to send a new item if mine was not received. My item finally arrived 9 days after it was sent but I was very impressed with the service and the offer. Would definitely recommend.”

“I bought Esme before Christmas and she was hanging up unworn with her labels when I saw an alert that C&C Sale was starting. I took a look(always a risk!) and to my horror saw the same garment was discounted by £70. I used the easy return label, took it to the PO and reordered another in the sale feeling very smug. The replacement arrived quickly despite being over the festive, however the refund for the original did not show on my statement. A call to Tracy solved the issues promptly with no drama. Love the sweater especially as it was a bargain!”

“Nice looking jumpers and lovely cashmere but jumpers are just cut too large for my liking. They don't feel oversized, they feel too big and make me looked swamped instead of casual. Items arrived early (said closed over Christmas but arrived before expected). Had to pay to return which was a disappointment considering how expensive the items are.”

“I loved this vest top, but unfortunately had to return as it was massive on me. I’m a size 10 and bought the S/M. Good quality cashmere and great style so very disappointed. Smaller sizes would be much appreciated. The description of the above top was “oversized” so I shouldn’t complain!!”
