“WHAT A GREAT COMPANY! I purchased a Sharp 217, it arrived as promised the following day. Lots of good videos showing how to use it, program it etc. Because of tight timescales and not having agreed product prices, I chose to program it myself, using the PC Software tool and transferring the data onto the till using the purchased SD card. All went smoothly. I had a few queries but they were extremely helpful on the phone, always willing despite my several calls and answered things quickly and simply.”

“Required a new till at short notice. Louise Brown was very helpful, listened to my requirements, she advised on a suitable till for my purposes. She went the extra mile to prepare my till for use and had it sent out the day after I ordered it ready for use straight out of the box. Have used it for a few days and everything is as promised and suits my purpose perfectly. Would recommend using them as I was made to feel that I was given the personal touch.”

“It was a joy to deal with CRG. The person who answered the telephone was the person I directed my needs to and who knew the answers. No pressing buttons for different departments. The lady was pleasant and helpful and the printer arrived as promised the following day within the times predicted by the courier.”
