“Car mats are very good and fitting was very fantastic and i also recommend to my freinds”

“"Terrible product and even worse customer service. Delivery was heavily delayed past the promised 4 working days, and I had to chase them twice just to get the items dispatched. When they finally arrived, the mats had a horrendous chemical smell that won't go away even after multiple washes and being left outside to air. To make matters worse, the boot mat sent was the completely wrong size. I contacted them for a return, sent the photographic proof they requested, and they have completely ignored me since. Do not buy from here. You have to chase them for your delivery, and then chase them again for a refund when the product is wrong."”

“Superb quality though they do initially have a strong odour of rubber. I rang and told the company I wasn't happy with the smell. Was advised to put them in garage or conservatory to air as much as possible and sorry fabreeze on the underneath. Definitely made the smell less strong and it's virtually gone now. I was asked to ring back in a few days if I was still dissatisfied. Haven't needed to.”

“Have ordered twice from them & although though the end products are good the delivery timescale & customer service is dire. Always a delay with the same automated excuse with no update unless you contact them. Pretty poor all round in this day & age.”

“Delivery was no where near as advertised - and customer service slow to respond to request for update. When mats eventually turned up quality no where near good enough for money. Mats were wrong colour and trim edges poorly attached. Disappointed.”

“Delivery was quite long, around 7 to 10 days, but saying that I was very pleased with the quality and apperance of the mats. To improve your product, I found that the driver and front passenger mats could be a 'tad' longer after measuring these against the original Ford mats. Otherwise very pleased with these, and would consider purchasing again, as I had already purchased a boot mat from which was the ideal size.”

“Excellent quality mats, they are more than adequate. But I wish that I had gone for luxury carpet. I will be looking to purchase rubber mats for the winter. The mats are an excellent fit, and add a nice finish to the car. These mats are made to order, so expect a short delay before delivery. Excellent communication, thank you”

“Very slow in sending out! Does NOT live up to as stated on there website, in fact would be fair to say fake advertisement, took 3 weeks to arrive! Not 4 days as website states! And now I have the boot mat not impressed by it. So have now ordered another one from different supplier. Certainly won't be using this company again!”

“There was a slight delay with my order due to high demand but when they arrived they fit my car perfectly and are of good quality. However the packaging let them down only being packed in a plastic bag which was very damaged on arrival. The only other complaint was with the delivery company Evri.... need I say more.”
