“The quality of the Premium Rubber Checker Plate car mats appear to be very good and much, much better than the mats that came with the car. They are also better than the cheap, generic alternatives I’ve purchased from the high street that don’t fit precisely and wear down quickly. 4 Stars given as there was a delay with delivery and the mats that arrived were not the ones I ordered (I paid £10 extra to upgrade to the Premium Rubber ‘Diamond’). To save hassle with a return, I suggested being refunded for the upgrade and I kept the order which fit my Kia perfectly. Both Caira and Molly were very helpful over the phone when dealing with my issue.”

“I can appreciate delays due to material shortages and back orders, what I have trouble accepting is the behaviour of delivery companies such as in this case EVRI who hold packages for 5 working days without movement. Thankfully you have customer service agents such as Luke who when aware of a customers angst can resolve the issue within 3 days, thank you Luke. Shame on the couriers.”

“Carmats4U thought there may be a delay but, in fact arrived on time. I chose grey for all trim, etc, which looks smart and spray protection for long-term use and help keeping clean. They fit perfectly. Very good service, excellent materials and price. Would recommend and use again, if needed.”

“To be honest I am at a loss as to how one can win the value of the order back if there's no way to tell this review site who I am of what I ordered, I was going to put mu order number in here - but in my case it would've been pointless. I bought a second hand 2019 Ford Focus 1.0 ActiveX, not too long ago. I had a lead time of three weeks before I arranged to collect is as I was going on holiday for a week. After I returned I had two weeks to get stull I needed for the car, and this included a boot protector and a full set of car mats. I looked in a lot of places, I saw a nice set on Amazon which were labelled as being made/provided by Carmats4U, not liking Amazon I looked for Carmats4U online. The fact that one has to put the number plate in, so that the site will only show what is guaranteed to fit the car is fantastic, takes all the worry out of wondering if I, or they, will have got it right. I eventually ordered a set of car mats with a bright orange trim that would match the Orange Glow colour of the Focus perfectly, as well as a boot protector. They arrived in about two weeks, just a few days before I picked up the car. And it was after this point that Carmats4U really shone. That wonderful Focus had issues that had not been fixed after the test drive, and just 26 minutes after leaving the forecourt I had two specific warning lights come on, which meant I had to stop immediately and not drive it any further. Suffice to say it was returned (on a transporter) and I had a full refund. The next order of business was to ask if it was possible to return these things (and other things from other companies). I phoned and it was answered by a lovely lady, who, after telling her the reason as to why I no longer needed the mats and boot protector, none of which had even been used) simply sent me a prepaid label for EVRI, and a QR code for Royal Mail, and there was no issue at all. Once returned I would be issued a full refund. I posted them back on Monday, today is Thursday and I've just had an email from Carmats4U advising me that they have arrived back to them, have been processed and that the refund is on the way. Basically a faultless experience from start to finish. Yesterday I bought a Clio, but it had both full set of carpets and a boot protector. If it hadn't I'd have been back on Carmats4U to buy them. I highly recommend this company without reservation.”
