“The customer service was great, they were able to help me out as soon as (I lost my car key so couldn’t get in or drive). The engineer ‘Gabi’ was super helpful, he gave me a new key and everything was done within 30-40 minutes. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone in dire need !! Their pricing isn’t too expensive aswell so it’s a win win!”

“Came today to their Finchley branch to have the Ghost Immobiliser II installed to my car. There was a small hiccup with my appointment time from the branch office but this was more than made up for by the customer service of my engineer (Stefan). He was very friendly and patient, really took his time to explain how to use the immobiliser properly. The installation was much quicker than expected too, which was an added bonus. The immobiliser works great, I have a lot of confidence my car can’t be stolen now. There’s also a 5 year warranty on the immobiliser which I haven’t seen any other company offer. Overall, I’d highly recommend Car Keys Solutions to everyone!”

“Not a very pleasant experience. I was quoted a fixed price of £350.00 to fix a jammed steering lock, whatever the problem, "without caveats or qualification.2 Engineer who was called out changed the barrel which did not " fix the problem " They subsequently refused to remedy the issue or to provide the un- qualified fixed price fix they had promised or to provide a refund. In the end I had to obtain re-imbursement through my credit card issuer. They also informed me that their work was guaranteed but failed to provide a copy of their guarantee terms despite me requesting a copy of this straight after the job instruction and payment having been made. Overall not a good experience I'm afraid to say.”
