“The key fob for a Vauxhall Corsa 2010 was summoned in April 2022. The Keys’ buttons became ‘Jelly Like’ within 20 days and the remote locking ability vanished. The key was repaired on 15th May (accepted liability) notwithstanding the remote locking ability vanished again by 10th November 2022? Considering that the Vauxhall had travelled 7 miles since April, the defect is clearly with the disingenuous key. K so i attended Portland Road on 15th November to report the key fault for a second time in 7 months. The lacklustre associate used a ‘metal detector’ to diagnose that the key ‘worked’. As I could anticipate a denial of liability, I showed a video of the key doing nothing when the vehicles ‘jelly like’ Keys are pressed. The lacklustre associate blamed the vehicle, and based on their 1 second metal detector result, refused to open up the key. This associate reluctantly confirmed that I’d had the same problem in May 2022 but blamed the car and there denied responsibility. Utterly poor business after the fact whilst they are off course happy to charge an initial fee when you lose your key etc. Lesson learnt, pay the balance that the dealership asks.”

“Amazing service. I needed a new remote fob for my car and CKS charged less than half of what my dealer or the AA had quoted. I had a call from Marco straight after I put in my details in their website, he was able to give me a quote immediately and provided options for mobile service or at one of their shops. When I called to arrange an appointment they offered same day service at my home, sent immediate text confirmations, and let me know when en route. Vlad provided great service with a smile - very efficient and polite - really superb customer experience from start to finish. And the key comes with a warranty and keyring with their details and they'll let you know if the key ever gets lost. 100% recommend.”

“A quick and efficient service throughout with very helpful and considerate people. Good communication and impressive customer service. Assistance with the battery start was welcome and ideas for keeping a new vehicle secure were very interesting. The new key even has a tag in case of loss which could be very useful and is another lovely example of their customer relations.”
