“Excellent experience from my first enquiry on the phone to job completion. Total transparency and helpful staff. The job was done outside my home …. A genuine VW key was supplied and programmed …. No 10 day wait and miles cheaper than through VW…. Had I gone to a Key Sollution branch it would have been 50% cheaper than VW dealer price. I paid an extra £30 for them to come to my home but it saved me 3 hours.”

“The service was easy and fast. Unfortunately my son was with the car and he was persuaded that he needed 2 keys when I wanted only 1 as it is so expensive. I feel robbed.”

“I went to Car Keys Solution on the 27.07.23 to had the Ghost Alarm fitted in my car. When I got there I was welcomed and my car was booked in straight away. When the Alarm was fitted everything was explained clearly and I was very happy. They are very professional and friendly. The communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and to anyone wanting to get a Ghost alarm fitted. The time they told me it would take was spot on. I am one very happy customer and loving the Ghost alarm which has now given me peace of mind knowing that my car is safe. Good price too. They did an excellent job. From Rickie.”

“Popped into Csr Key Solutions for a chat about my problematic key. They could have done it there and then but i was in a hurry so i made an appointment for another day and was well looked after and was on my way with repair to the fob and a new key blade within 20 minutes. Great Service”

“There seems to be a lack of communication between the London and Brentwood office. I had very specifically asked the London office if their partner shop in Brentwood would definitely be able to cut a remote car key fob that day. They affirmed this and said they would inform Brentwood I would be coming. When I got there, they had received no message and said they had little to do with the London office. They told me their system was down so they could not do it, and asked me to return on Monday - I said I could not. Then another guy came out and said they could probably get it done after all! I did have a three hour wait, but eventually the key was finally done. The guy from Lithuania was very pleasant despite this problem and all was well!”
