“There seems to be a lack of communication between the London and Brentwood office. I had very specifically asked the London office if their partner shop in Brentwood would definitely be able to cut a remote car key fob that day. They affirmed this and said they would inform Brentwood I would be coming. When I got there, they had received no message and said they had little to do with the London office. They told me their system was down so they could not do it, and asked me to return on Monday - I said I could not. Then another guy came out and said they could probably get it done after all! I did have a three hour wait, but eventually the key was finally done. The guy from Lithuania was very pleasant despite this problem and all was well!”

“Excellent service, very professional and helpful. Arrived at my house on time and even phoned beforehand to let me know they were on their way. The engineer was very pleasant and hard-working. All sorted in less than a hour. The new key works perfectly. Thank you so much.”

“Cowboys. Was booked in for two weeks and when arrived they said could program a Volvo key on a Saturday. Not a problem if they had said earlier but wasted a lot of time. Certainly not use these guys again.”

“The company kept me in touch about the arrival time of the specialist who was to program an extra key for my car. Ordered in the evening and an appointment was arranged midday the next day as I was at home. Work was undertaken expeditiously but took 90mins to program a new key. Checked both new and old keys on completion and they seem to working correctly. Very happy so far with the outcome but need to use the car fully to check, over the next few days. Good work so far.”
