“They answered the questions I had simply and effectively. They turned up when they said they would and kept me informed of progress to arrival. On arrival the chap was polite courteous, helpful, plainly very knowledgeable and competent. a credit to himself and the organisation.”

“they fixed my problem... but it was very expensive... the following day I found somebody who could've give me exact same service for £100 in answer to your reply... yes i haven't tested their product this is true....but it's the fact it was a hire car as long as it worked when i returned the vehicle it wouldn't bother me if it stopped working the following day under these specific circumstances of course😉 but i hear ya.... 1 luv... merry Christmas”

“Despite your weekend operators poor communication I spoke to a much better member of staff during the week day who was able to book me in exactly when I wanted and the technician who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and able to produce more than I expected!
