“Florin was excellent came and was adamant he could fix the key stayed very long hours till midnight initially could not do, said he will be back the following day as promised came and done my key and got my car started. Very smiley and polite person very happy with him and his service he always said i am going to do and done it Thank You”

“The engineer had a difficult job on an older vehicle but he knew where to get the information that he needed and kept me in the picture all day. He was friendly and keen to please. As an ex mechanic I would recommend your company to other people without hesitation.”

“This after noon I spent 2 hours visiting the local shops and retracing my steps to find my lost car key, all the time getting more angry with my self and more frustrated, particularly after speaking to Land Rover and finding they would take days and I had to get my car to them. I then called your company and spoke to your telephone representative Victoria who I found to be not only professional but charming as well. While talking to her and discussing my situation I found I was no longer wound up and angry, having a back ground in Sales and Business Development I can only congratulate her on her telephone manner. Your Service was subsequently prompt and the technician Florin was informative and answered all my questions. Your company's staff turned what could have been a disaster before Christmas into a relatively pleasant experience and the only down side was spending money on an unexpected emergency. I thank Victoria and Florin for being excellent representatives of your company.”

“I am very impressed with this company. Nowadays so many service companies let you down, but not Car Key Solutions and in particular OGS Mechanics Ltd. They keep you up to date by text/phone calls with respect to their arrival time and although they had problems trying to program the replacement key for my Jaguar XJR, they would not give up and managed it on the third visit. The engineers are extremely polite and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure dealing with this company. I would definitely recommend them to friends.”

“Excellent service, we were back on the road within an hour of calling the office, I would recommend these guys highly to anyone, although it was quite costly, but despite that, absolutely brilliant.”

“Their price was the cheapest around. The guy turned up early, waited around and was very pleasant. I had to go to their garage later and they were very very attentive and did not try to rip me off. I would highly recommend this company.”
