“Arrived as promised and the technician explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. When he finished, he showed me the new key and then made sure both keys worked. Excellent service and would recommend them to anyone that needs a replacement key or repair.”

“Excellent job done by Nardin who fixed my problem. Seems like Mercedes getting customers to pay for their mistakes. Nardin was very professional and quick in, however it was a bit expensive but given the situaltion it could have been far worse had I taken it to Mercedes dealership.”
