Dear Mr Martin, I think you review is unfair since we have saved you money by dropping the cost of what it was initial service you required. We advised you that can have the key reconditioned at about 40% less cost to you than having a new key, which we did and you had a fully functioning key facts that you was pleased when our technician left. So where is the fact that made you write something so bad? Hope you'll think and reconsider your review. Regards George Stoica

“Hi, I have very little time on my hands, as I am a Company Director, but I would like to give a good review! The technician was Sebastion W. On a Sunday call out in Tunbridge Wells he did a good job, unfortunately the VW server was down and he had to come back the next morning to finish the job. He did this and the little VW polo works well again! The key currently work perfectly! ( Just a small point however, I came across a local car key specialist today, who said he could have done the job for £150, not £280.00 and it would have taken him 45 minutes!!) It took over three and a half hours of waiting with my daughter yesterday, as Sebastion could not connect to the VW server and it was done in fifteen minutes the following morning, when he came back!) Apart from the long wait, and a slightly high value invoice total, I was happy with the service. Jonny B.”

“Very helpful from the phone call to getting the key done. Great service all done within 4 hours start to finish. Would definitely recommend came in slightly cheaper than the main dealer and with the car dealer would of took ten working day plus would of had to get the car to them. Thank you”

“I’m so very happy with OGS as they came out earlier than expected and he had a difficult job as my locks were very dodgy but he sorted everything out and was a really nice man - very cheerful, friendly and reassuring. Can’t recommend you highly enough. Thank you!”

“5 Months after the intial job and the engineers came out once again to fix my key (free within warranty) when the battery died and it’s replacement went wrong. Spectacular service that made me the customer feel like I was a top prioirty with operators that cared for my vehicles well being. Five stars from me”

“Great service , came out same day to get me back on the road , knew exactly what the problem was either my ignition switch or steering lock switch , repaired in about an hour . Fantastic ….only down side is that it still cost me a grand but a lot cheaper than main dealer ...Thanks guys”

“Excellent service. Called at 6pm with an issue, they were very understanding, gave me a quote over the phone, all booked in and told they would arrive at 8pm. It was 7:59pm and there were outside the house! Once again, excellent service from the technician, fast turn around of work. Simply amazing; from first phone call to getting the issue resolved.”
