“The chap who came to my rescue, Adrian, offered a very courteous and efficient service. Hopefully I wouldn’t need to call them again, but if the need arises, will not hesitate to use or recommend. I would also like to than Theo and the the office staff who helped me today.”

“Very impressed - after panic this morning they sent a mechanic this afternoon who has replaced my key - as he was early he'd finished the job before his due arrival time. Would highly recommend.”

“I lost my keys and had to have my only Mini key replaced. Called Car Key Solutions around 9am and by 12pm Sebastian (apologies if I spelt it wrong) came out and was very polite when he greeted me. I left him to his job and within a couple minutes he had opened the car and another 15 minutes, the car was on. He did a great job, and was super fast. I was quoted a lot more from other places and I'm very glad I chose Car Key Solutions. Hopefully I won't be losing my keys again, but if I did I'll be straight on the phone to that's guys. “The mechanic arrived within 2 hours of my call and did a thorough and professional job. He was friendly and considerate - I had my 6 month old baby to take care of and he was careful not to take up too much of my time.”

“Had a problem with the key cut as it could not start the car but to be fair to you, you have gone out of your way to remedy the mistake, even picking my car up from west London when you are based in North London and then delivering it back to me today. Everybody makes mistakes but the important thing is that you so sorted it out. Your after care is 2nd to none and I am very grateful for all of your efforts after the initial disappointment. Thank you very much and I would recommend you to anybody looking for genuine service and after care service should there be any issues. Well done. Dean”
