“i have had a pretty complex problem however the team managed to fix it while i was waiting. perhaps it was a pricey move although the same must cost a fortune at a dealership and may take a while so overall it’s absolutely worth the price. the receptionist lady was very kind so did the engineer, also the manager kept me informed continuously so i didn’t feel left alone.”

“The chap who came to my rescue, Adrian, offered a very courteous and efficient service. Hopefully I wouldn’t need to call them again, but if the need arises, will not hesitate to use or recommend. I would also like to than Theo and the the office staff who helped me today.”

“Very impressed - after panic this morning they sent a mechanic this afternoon who has replaced my key - as he was early he'd finished the job before his due arrival time. Would highly recommend.”

“I lost my keys and had to have my only Mini key replaced. Called Car Key Solutions around 9am and by 12pm Sebastian (apologies if I spelt it wrong) came out and was very polite when he greeted me. I left him to his job and within a couple minutes he had opened the car and another 15 minutes, the car was on. He did a great job, and was super fast. I was quoted a lot more from other places and I'm very glad I chose Car Key Solutions. Hopefully I won't be losing my keys again, but if I did I'll be straight on the phone to that's guys. “The mechanic arrived within 2 hours of my call and did a thorough and professional job. He was friendly and considerate - I had my 6 month old baby to take care of and he was careful not to take up too much of my time.”
