“I lost my keys and had to have my only Mini key replaced. Called Car Key Solutions around 9am and by 12pm Sebastian (apologies if I spelt it wrong) came out and was very polite when he greeted me. I left him to his job and within a couple minutes he had opened the car and another 15 minutes, the car was on. He did a great job, and was super fast. I was quoted a lot more from other places and I'm very glad I chose Car Key Solutions. Hopefully I won't be losing my keys again, but if I did I'll be straight on the phone to that's guys. “The mechanic arrived within 2 hours of my call and did a thorough and professional job. He was friendly and considerate - I had my 6 month old baby to take care of and he was careful not to take up too much of my time.”

“Had a problem with the key cut as it could not start the car but to be fair to you, you have gone out of your way to remedy the mistake, even picking my car up from west London when you are based in North London and then delivering it back to me today. Everybody makes mistakes but the important thing is that you so sorted it out. Your after care is 2nd to none and I am very grateful for all of your efforts after the initial disappointment. Thank you very much and I would recommend you to anybody looking for genuine service and after care service should there be any issues. Well done. Dean”

“They were willing to come out the day I rang but I wanted next day and they were happy to comply and did, but were an hour later than planned but they phoned to warn me and reduced the bill by £25. Job was done by a very helpful and friendly chap named Silviu, who was very efficient and checked everything was working before he left. A service better than I expected.”

“I phoned car key solutions on 25/05/2019 to find out if they could cut the blade for my fob they said yes they could, as i live an hour away i wanted to be sure they could do this, I made my way to thire shop and did'nt have to wait long to get served the service was excellent & promp and they did me a good deal, thank you guys very much. KEN.”

“Very impressed. I phoned Saturday at 15.30hrs He confirmed a time between 19.00 & 20.00 hrs. He rang back a little later they had a cancellation & would be there in half an hour. He was and 30 mins later two Mercedes keys cut and programmed at a very reasonable price. Will use this co.pany again & recommend them”

“Spoke to the person on the phone to get a quote which I was happy with. Guy turned up in the van within the hour. New key made in less than thirty mins. Really quick and easy service. Also the technician was really friendly and professional. Absolutely no complaints, highly recommend.”
