“Sarah was a fantastic trainer she made everyone feel included, asked some great questions and made me feel confident to answer them. Sarah gave fantastic feedback to everyone on the microteaches and ensured everyone felt confident and relaxed. met some lovely people a great couple of days”

“I learnt a fair amount and feel more confident in meeting my son's healthcare needs. I would have liked the trainer to give me more time to process information. I felt he moved on to the next topic before I had time to read the slides and take notes and process what he had said. I felt slightly uncomfortable about the stereotypical references the trainer made.”

“The course was informative I did feel that some of the information that was given was not relevant to my position but always ready and keen to learn new things. Jenifer was a lovely lady but I feel that the course if at all possible could of had more interaction with us instead of us just listening the I felt the quiz at the end suddenly made the group wake up and re-engage”
