“Syma was very professional in her delivery, she made everyone feel relaxed and comfortable and engaged with everyone throughout the training. Syma constantly gave positive feedback to everyone in the group and everyone liked her delivery. I have gained in so much confidence when delivering training via presentation. Very well led.”
