“We had the challenging Behavior training, although not mandatory to be in person i must say it makes so much difference. the trainer we had didn't use power points and for my staff this was perfect. they were all very engaged and after when asking for feedback, all staff said how much they had enjoyed the training (not something i normally hear when doing a full day of training). Will 100% be using this company again.”
