“First time for me so had nothing to compare with”

“The trainer was very informative but due to an issue with the servicing of the hoist did not demonstrate how to use it or how to attach the sling to the hoist or the person you needed to hoist. I understand he may not of wanted us to use the hoist on each other which is how we have learnt before but I’m sure we could of been shown how to attach sling and where to put sling on someone you needed to hoist.”
